Better Sales - Focus on the numbers!

Get your sales team to focus and record the time each day they are actually doing their jobs!
I would guess that they only spend around 90 mins actually working (with customers each day?)

There are millions of potential new customers out their for any business. Its a question of focus and numbers,
If you can double their actual “Face Time” with clients I am pretty sure that there will be increases in sales.
Its sometimes the simple things that help, increase the face time and see what happens to your sales!
Start recording your actual time where you are making offers to clients and you will be surprised, I was!
